We're seeking an AI Agent Engineer to design, build, and operate intelligent agents that run inside Modveon's Verified Operating System. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for an engineer who enjoys working across machine learning, systems, and product—turning large language models into reliable, governable, production-grade agents. This role is not about training a standalone chatbot. You'll work with foundation models from the ecosystem, combine and adapt them for specific use cases, and build the surrounding systems required to safely deploy, version, monitor, and evolve AI agents over time. These agents will power real-world workflows such as complaints handling, announcements, community management, and automated coordination—operating in regulated, high-trust environments. You'll collaborate closely with backend, frontend, product, and design partners to build agent infrastructure and tooling, including interfaces that allow institutional users to configure, train, and manage agents themselves over time.
Backend Engineer
We're seeking Backend Engineers to help build and scale the core backend systems of our platform. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for engineers who thrive in ambiguity, take ownership of complex systems, and enjoy shaping technical direction while still shipping production code. Security Engineer
We're looking for a staff+ level Security Engineer to join as an early team lead and own the design and evolution of security architecture, systems hardening, and incident response across the platform. This is not a compliance role. It's a hands-on builder position focused on designing and implementing secure infrastructure, data protection, authentication and authorization flows, and threat detection systems for a platform that handles sensitive communication, digital identity, and modern money movement at national scale. You will own the security architecture, posture, and execution of the platform end to end—setting standards, designing systems, and partnering across engineering, product, and compliance. This role is intended for a senior security leader who has operated security-critical systems in production and understands the realities of systems that run at national scale.
Compliance and AML Lead
We're looking for a Compliance & AML Lead to own and scale our licensing and financial crimes compliance function as the platform grows. This role is central to how we operate: ensuring that regulatory rigor, licensing strategy, and operational execution move in lockstep with product and market expansion. You'll lead money transmission and digital asset licensing efforts in the US, partner closely with regulators and external stakeholders, and help design compliance programs that are practical, durable, and built to scale. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable owning complex regulatory workstreams while collaborating deeply with legal, product, and engineering teams.
